The Health Professionals Council (HPC), through its Education and Training Subcommittee, successfully conducted a two-day leadership development training for allied health professionals on Praslin.
The training focused on strengthening leadership skills, effective communication, decision-making, accountability, and professional confidence. Through interactive discussions and practical activities, participants explored ways to enhance their leadership effectiveness and contribute positively to their professional environments.
The initiative forms part of HPC’s ongoing commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and supporting the growth and effectiveness of allied health professionals.
