We are pleased to officially welcome Mr Thed Albert to the Health Professional Council. With over 11 years of experience in Pharmacy services and the biomedical field, and holding a degree in Biomedical Sciences from SEGi University, Mr. Albert brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to our team.
As a Pharmaceutical Chemist at the Drug Quality Control Laboratory, Mr. Albert has demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to high ethical standards within the Ministry of Health.
Mr. Albert’s commitment to the values of HPC—Professionalism, Quality, Teamwork & Partnership, Ethical Standards, Transparency, and Accountability—will be invaluable. His dedication to promoting productivity, integrity, and transparency in healthcare policy-making aligns perfectly with the council’s goals.

Mr. Albert has been chosen to serve as Vice Head of Legal, Monitoring & Enforcement, where he will be pivotal in overseeing regulatory compliance and enforcement, ensuring our standards are maintained with the highest integrity. Additionally, he will serve as a Member of the Education & Training Committee, contributing to the advancement of professional development and training within the allied Health professionals.
