The Health Professionals Council (HPC) has officially launched a Strategic SWOT Analysis as part of its ongoing review of the Strategic Plan 2020–2025. This exercise is designed to assess the current performance of the Council and gather vital input from all registered health professionals across Seychelles.
In an ever-evolving healthcare environment, it is essential that our policies, regulatory practices, and professional development efforts are aligned with the realities and experiences of those working on the ground. By engaging with our registrants through this SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) survey, we aim to foster a more responsive, transparent, and forward-looking approach to health professional regulation in the country.
